Our Bootcamp Sessions are run by Galway's Leading Personal Fitness specialists! In a very fun, friendly non intimidating atmosphere we use state of the art equipment including spinning and various high intensity cardio exercises along with extremely effective toning moves using kettlebells, barbells, TRX, dumbells and weights to name a few. Every session is different to the last so you will never get bored nor will your body adjust to the exercises! You will have a fitness professional supervising every session, constantly motivating you and demonstrating each exercise thus ensuring that you are always using the correct technique! 11 classes to choose from weekly at various times of day!
