How does Advertiser Deals work?
Advertiser Deals feature amazing offers at unbeatable prices. We partner with handpicked merchants to feature interesting deals that our members are excited to experience and share.
All you have to do is register with us and we will keep you updated on all the latest deals we have to offer. Once you have found a deal you like just click Buy Now, complete your purchase and we send your voucher by email within two working days. Once sent, your voucher is also available to download from your account on our website, simply click 'My Vouchers' to access them. To redeem your voucher during the valid redemption period, simply present it to the merchant.

How do I purchase a voucher from Advertiser Deals?
To purchase a deal click Buy Now, if you are not logged in or registered you will have to complete registration or login at that point. You will then be asked to select the amount of vouchers you would like to purchase. The next step is to provide your payment details. Once these have been provided, click Pay Now and your voucher will be emailed to you. You can then redeem your voucher during the specified redemption period.

How many vouchers are available for each deal?
Each deal has a limited amount of vouchers available. This amount varies from deal to deal.

I have bought a voucher on Advertiser Deals, how do I use it?
You will need to wait until the Deal is no longer available to purchase on the Advertiser Deals website. You can then print your voucher which was sent to you by email and bring it with you when you want to redeem your offer before the specified expiry date.

When do I have to use my voucher?
There will be an expiration date on each voucher and it must be used before then.

I did not get an email, what do I do?
If you have not received your email after you have made a purchase, email us at dealssupport@advertiser.ie. Please check your spam folder to make sure it was not routed there before you contact us.

Can I give my voucher to someone else with my name on it?
Yes you can, unless specified in the Terms and Conditions of the deal itself that you cannot use it as a gift.

Do I get credit on a voucher if I do not use the full value of it?
No, credit or cash back will not be given on vouchers where the full value of the deal was not used.

I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Once we send you your voucher(s), you may cancel the transaction at any time within seven (7) working days from the day following the day that you receive your voucher(s) (where a working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or Irish public holiday) - in each case, always provided of course that you have not yet redeemed the Voucher. If you do want to cancel, you must request the cancellation by sending an email to dealssupport@advertiser.ie. Please include the title of the Deal you are canceling, the Deal option (in the case that the deal has more than one option), and the voucher number(s) you wish to cancel.

My voucher has expired, what should I do?
Do not let your voucher expire without redeeming the offer. If it expires before you redeem it there is nothing we can do. It is at the discretion of the Merchant offering the deal whether or not they accept your voucher for redemption once the voucher has expired.

Forgot my password
Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password, all you have to do is click Forgot Password on the Log in page and then it will ask you to enter your email. An email is then sent to your email address containing a link which allows you to reset your password. Just follow the instructions once you click the link.

Are deals from Advertiser Deals secure?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. So that your information is kept secure, please be sure to log out of your account after using a public or shared computer. Our payment gateway is provided by Realex Payments.
