This 4-week course is perfect whether you have a little cookery knowledge or none at all. The Galway Cookery Classes cover traditional and contemporary cooking including Soups and Sauces, Meat, Poultry, Fish, Bread and Desserts. Learn methods and techniques along with useful tips such as knife skills.

Classes take place from 7.30pm - 9.45pm on the 16th, 23rd, 30th September and 7th October.
