• The Computerised Diagnostics voucher valid for diagnostics carried using computer equipment only. Should manual diagnostics be required, the customer will be provided with quotation and no additional works should commence without customer's approval.
• Wheel alignment cannot be carried with faulty suspension. In such case quotation will be provided and no additional works should commence without customer's approval.

1. If customers wish to proceed with quoted works it will be prioritised and if possible, carried on the day of inspection.
2. If customer will not accept additional works to be carried as per our quotation, but wish to continue with lights alignment only, the full value of the voucher will be used to cover lights alignment and the suspension inspection. 
3. If the customer wish to proceed with additional works but at the later date, the vehicle examination fee of €10 will be charged on the day of inspection and refunded when the vehicle returns to carry the suspension works with wheel alignment and lights alignment.
4. If the customer decides to seek refund, the vehicle examination fee of €10 will be charged on the day of inspection.
